New York-based partner Miriam Harwood and associates Simon Batifort and Christina Trahanas author chapter in The Investment Treaty Arbitration Review

Partner Miriam Harwood and associates Simon Batifort and Christina Trahanas of the International Arbitration Group at Curtis wrote a chapter in the recently published first edition of The Investment Treaty Arbitration Review.  The chapter, “Third-Party Funding: Security for Costs and Other Key Issues,” reviews key issues arising from the relatively recent phenomenon of third-party funding in investment treaty arbitration, including the potential effect of third-party funding on conflicts of interest, security for costs and jurisdiction.

The Investment Treaty Arbitration Review, published by the parent company of Global Arbitration Review, provides a current perspective on developments and debates in investment treaty arbitration from prominent counsel in the field.
