Ms. Mazanitis is an associate in the Litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Ms. Mazanitis has represented clients in a variety of matters, including utility, design, and pharmaceutical (Hatch-Waxman) patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, internet and privacy law, life settlements claims, contract disputes, and white collar defense.
Nicole is an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law. She teaches Fundamental Lawyering Skills, covering topics such as negotiation, counseling, and interviewing.
While in law school, Ms. Mazanitis served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John E. Sprizzo of the Southern District of New York. Ms. Mazanitis also interned at Colgate-Palmolive Company’s intellectual property department.
