Mark Conrad is an associate in the Corporate group, where he focuses his practice on the legal aspects of international and domestic investment management, as well as investment fund formation and structuring. Mr. Conrad has also worked on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities.
Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Conrad served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Roger W. Titus of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, where he conducted legal research and assisted in drafting opinions. Mr. Conrad also was a student trainee for the Office of Chief Counsel at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation where he prepared legal memoranda concerning ERISA defined-benefit plan termination.
While in law school, Mr. Conrad was the executive editor of the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy.
