Antidumping Petition Filed Against Certain Glass Wine Bottles from Chile, China, and Mexico

On December 28, 2023, a new antidumping petition against Glass Wine Bottles from Chile, China and Mexico was filed with the US Department of Commerce. Chilean, Chinese, and Mexican producers and exporters, as well as US importers of glass wine bottles, are encouraged to review the petition and determine whether they should participate in the antidumping investigation to defend their interests.
