Associate Kabir Duggal participated in NYU Investment Law Forum

Kabir Duggal, an associate in the International Arbitration group, participated in a panel discussion hosted by the Institute for International Law and Justice at New York University on November 19, 2012. The Investment Law Forum sessions examined the increasing jurisprudence that is coming forth from investor-state arbitral tribunals. Mr. Duggal and fellow guest, Ian A. Laird from Crowell & Moring, led a discussion entitled 'Lifting the Corporate Veil: Investor Nationality and Denial of Benefits in Recent Investor-State Arbitral Awards.'
