Claudia Frutos-Peterson Appointed Delegate to ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR

Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson has been appointed by the ICC Mexico Committee as a Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. The mission of the Commission is “to gather expertise on arbitration and ADR across the ICC network to enable thought leadership, in line with the strategic objectives of ICC Dispute Resolution Services”. The Commission is formed by over 1300 Members from more than 100 countries.

Claudia’s presence on this initiative exemplifies Curtis’ longstanding commitment to serving as a thought leader in International Arbitration, and dedication to strengthening the discussion and forum around the development of arbitration worldwide.
