Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks at the 13th Latin American Arbitration Conference (CLA)

Dr. Claudia Frutos-Peterson spoke on a panel about “Abuse of Rights in Investment Arbitration” (“El abuso del derecho en el arbitraje de inversiones”) as part of the CLA conference (XIII Conferencia Latinoamericana de Arbitraje), which took place on June 2 in Montevideo, Uruguay. The conference was organized in partnership with The European Centre for Executive Development (CEDEP) and Universidad de Montevideo.

The CLA22 conference is one of the most important annual arbitration events in Latin America and globally. The conference has featured more than 500 speakers and arbitrators in its 11 editions, and has been attended by over 5,400 participants.
