Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks on "ISDS: Substantive Considerations" as part of 3-day PLI Program

Washington, D.C. managing partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak on a roundtable about “Investor-State Dispute Settlement: Substantive Considerations,” taking place on November 17, 2021 as part of a Practising Law Institute (PLI) three-day online program on International Investment Law & Investor-State Dispute Settlement. The program is PLI’s first international event, featuring speakers from numerous jurisdictions.

The roundtable will explore topics including state responsibility, standards of protection, state attribution, state defenses, and the impact of corruption in ISDS.
