Curtis and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) are jointly convening a panel focusing on the use and abuse of nationality in international arbitration.
The session will feature Curtis counsel William Hampson, Independent Arbitrator María Vicien Milburn, Dr. Javier García Olmedo of Queen Mary University of London/University of Luxembourg and Rodrigo Monardes of the Ministry of Finance of Chile. Curtis partner Luciana Ricart will moderate the panel and Prof. Yarik Kryvoi, Director of the Investment Treaty Forum at BIICL will provide introductory remarks.
