Curtis Environmental Chair to Speak in EPA OSRE Panel at the 2023 Brownfields National Training Conference

On Wednesday, August 9, partner and Environmental Chair Charles Howland will speak in a panel discussion sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Site Remediation and Enforcement (OSRE) during the 2023 Brownfields National Training Conference taking place in Detroit, Michigan. The panel will cover EPA tools aimed at addressing liability concerns and promoting third-party investment promoting third-party (private and public) investment in cleaned up or otherwise environmentally impaired sites.
