Since the Court of Justice of the European Union rendered the Achmea judgment in March 2018, arbitral tribunals have nevertheless continued to find that they have jurisdiction over intra-EU investment disputes under BITs and the ECT. This webinar will discuss the intra-EU objection from the point of view of States and the European Commission.
