Groupe Crit, the Euronext Paris-listed company, a leader in temporary staffing and airport services in France, has successfully completed the public takeover bid launched by its subsidiary Plavisgas S.r.l. and, following the squeeze-out procedure, acquired all the ordinary shares of Openjobmetis, – a company listed on Euronext Milan and the sixth largest Italian player in the temporary staffing sector. The shares of Openjobmetis were delisted from Euronext Milan on July 8th.

The transaction is part of the internationalization and consolidation plan in Europe of the French group, whose annual turnover exceeds 3.3 billion euros.

Groupe Crit was supported by a multidisciplinary team coordinated by partners Daniela Della Rosa and Giovanni A. Sagramoso and consisting of counsel Alberto Anelli and associates Carlo Maria Tealdo and Maria Elena Sarvia for M&A, corporate and equity capital markets. Counsel Marco Guilizzoni and trainee Ambra Varfi dealt with employment law aspects and partner Manfredi De Vita, supported by associates Marco Debertolis and Erica Sotgiu, with antitrust and “Golden Power” issues.

The issuer and the shareholders/managers of Openjobmetis were assisted by Chiomenti.
