Curtis Joins Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses Initiative

Curtis is pleased to announce that the firm has become a signatory to the Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses. This initiative commits to increase the number of women appointed as expert witnesses in dispute resolution procedures worldwide, with the ultimate goal to reach full parity. This is part of our continuous effort to promote diversity and inclusion actions aiming to achieve fair and equal representation in arbitration.

As a group of counsels, representatives of corporates and governments, arbitrators, judges, academics, this initiative plays a key role in bringing about fair representation and visibility of women as expert witnesses.

Curtis is also a signatory to Equal Representation in Arbitration, which seeks to increase a fair representation of women appointed as arbitrators, with the ultimate goal of full parity.
