Curtis Lawyers Recognized by AmLaw and Law360 for Ninth Circuit Win

Curtis’ recent win in the Ninth Circuit has been recognized in American Lawyer’s Litigator of the Week Runners-Up, a weekly overview of some of the biggest court battles with elite litigators, and in Law360’s Legal Lions of the Week, a weekly roundup of the top courtroom wins. Adopting Curtis’ due process defense, the Ninth Circuit reversed a $1.3 billion judgment confirming an international arbitral award against India’s state-owned space and satellite company, Antrix Corp. Ltd. The Curtis appellate team was led by partner Joseph Pizzurro and included partners Kevin Meehan and Juan Perla, and associate Marwa Farag.
