Dr. Borzu Sabahi to teach at program with the ILI-South African Centre for Excellence and the ICSID in South Africa

Curtis Partner Dr. Borzu Sabahi will be teaching the standards of protection in modern investment treaties, damages and enforcement as part of an insightful program on Investment Arbitration in collaboration with the ILI-South African Centre for Excellence and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Johannesburg, South Africa from December 2-10, 2024.

This event aims to deepen participants' knowledge and skills in navigating the intricacies of investment arbitration, with a special focus on the unique procedures involved in ICSID arbitration.

Participants will receive a joint certificate from ILI-SACE and ICSID.
