The international arbitration practice of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP has been heralded as a “champion for governments facing serious claims under investment treaties” in Global Arbitration Review’s latest GAR 30 list, which features the world’s elite international arbitration practices of 2022. This is the tenth consecutive year that Curtis has been featured in the GAR 30.
In its editorial, GAR highlights Curtis’ pending counsel work, valued at over US$161.9 billion, and points to the group’s successes in a number of recent landmark cases. GAR also notes that “Although strongly identified with BIT work, the firm takes its commercial arbitration offering equally seriously.”
