The Curtis team is set to participate in the ILI Advanced Arbitration and Mediation Seminar, taking place over two weeks, with sessions scheduled for Monday, November 4, and Thursday, November 7. This year’s seminar will bring together practitioners and government officials from around the globe, offering an excellent opportunity to engage with diverse perspectives in the field.
Partner Dr. Claudia Frutos-Peterson will lead a session on the arbitration process, joined by Yaman Gursel, a foreign attorney at Curtis, with our session hosted at our office in Washington D.C.
Partner Justin M. Jacinto will conduct a class covering the initiation of the arbitration process and the selection of arbitrators, while Associate Marija S. Ozolins, alongside other community colleagues, will facilitate a mock case exercise for participants.
This collective effort will provide an enriching learning experience for all attendees.
