Daniela Della Rosa Participates in a Panel on the Rise of Space Disputes and Fast Fashion Organized by the AIAC

Curtis Italy partner Daniela Della Rosa participated in a panel on the Rise of Space Disputes and Fast Fashion. The session was organized by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and took place on October, 6 2022. During this session, Ms. Della Rosa presented the regulatory regime surrounding the fast fashion industry online and offline and the different challenges faced. She also discussed various contractual agreements, and the ADR mechanisms in the fast-paced nature of the fashion industry.
