Washington Managing Partner Dr. Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak on the panel, “Recent interventions by the Mexican State in the power and electricity sectors: Implications for commercial and investment arbitrations in North America” as part of the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico’s Energy Infrastructure Disputes Conference.
