Environmental Chair Charles Howland to Speak at Brightfields 2020

On February 20, 2020, Mr. Howland will be speaking at the Brightfields 2020 − Minnesota Conference. He will speak on panels that address legal liability, land permitting, and various other regulatory approvals (energy and environmental).
