Fuad Zarbiyev Cited in Recent Judgment of the Supreme Court of Switzerland

A book chapter published by Fuad Zarbiyev (Associate, New York) on the harmonizing effect of the Vienna Convention regime of treaty interpretation was relied upon by the Supreme Court of Switzerland (Swiss Federal Tribunal) in a recent judgment in support of the interpretation of the Swiss reservation to the Lugano Convention on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.
