Investment Arbitration Reporter has reported that the tribunal in the UNCITRAL arbitration brought by Khadamat Integrated Solutions Private Limited against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the India-Saudi Arabia bilateral investment treaty has dismissed the claims for lack of jurisdiction.
