IA Reporter Reports that Curtis Prevailed in Investment Treaty Arbitration on Behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Investment Arbitration Reporter has reported that the tribunal in the UNCITRAL arbitration brought by Khadamat Integrated Solutions Private Limited against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the India-Saudi Arabia bilateral investment treaty has dismissed the claims for lack of jurisdiction. New York partners George Kahale and Simon Batifort and associate Andrew Larkin represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this matter.
