International Law Boot Camp: Drafting an International Contract

On April 13, Susan Pollack took part in the ABA Section of International Law's 2010 Spring Meeting in New York. As a speaker on a first-day panel titled 'Drafting an International Contract', she discussed the most important aspects of drafting an international contract in the context of cross border mergers and acquisitions, financing agreements and commercial agreements. The panel also talked about how to protect intellectual property rights in contracts through the use of the Berne and Madrid Conventions.
