ITC Renders Decision in Favor of LG Electronics, Terminating Antidumping Duties on Korean Washers

Today (29 March 2019) the members of the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) cast their vote in the “sunset” review of the antidumping order on large residential washers from Korea and Mexico. By a 5-0 vote the ITC made a negative determination for Korea and an affirmative determination for Mexico. This means that the AD duties on imported washers from Korea will be terminated and the AD duties on imported washers from Mexico will continue.
