James McGlaughlin Speaks at Erasmus School of Law Conference on Investment Arbitration Reforms

On 23 November 2023, James McGlaughlin attended the Erasmus School of Law conference in Rotterdam, “Is the World Without Investment Arbitration, a World With(out) Justice?”, together with other arbitration practitioners and academics. James presented his paper, entitled “The New Norm(al): The Meta-normative Approach to Reforming International Investment Law for the Green Transition”.
