Litigation Partner Juan Perla has been re-appointed to Law360’s Appellate Editorial Advisory Board for 2023. Chosen from a broad group of appellate lawyers from across the country, the board provides feedback on Law360’s current coverage and insight on how best to shape future coverage. New appointments include Andrew Tauber, partner at Winston & Strawn and co-author of the treatise “Federal Appellate Practice,” and Judson Littleton, co-head of Sullivan & Cromwell’s Supreme Court and appellate practice and editor of the firm’s “Supreme Court Business Review.”
Juan’s practice focuses on international litigation and arbitration, with emphasis on appeals including before the U.S. Supreme Court. He has an active pro bono appellate practice and regularly represents amici
in high-impact appeals. Juan leads the firm’s partnership with the Appellate Project, a nonprofit dedicated to diversifying the appellate bar and bench. He clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
