Juan Perla Speaks on Free Speech and Religious Discrimination in a Recent Podcast

Partner Juan Perla was interviewed for the “Adventist Voices” podcast about the upcoming Supreme Court case, 303 Creative v. Elenis, which raises issues of free speech and religious discrimination relating to the provision of wedding services to same-sex couples. The Curtis appellate team, led by Mr. Perla, filed a pro bono amicus brief on behalf of two faith-based organizations advocating for the rights of LGBTQ persons and religious minorities who affirm same-sex marriage.
