Marco Blanco & Olga Beloded Taught 3-Day LLM Course on International Taxation, Hosted by the DIFC and University of Paris II - Assas

Marco Blanco, Co-Head of the Tax Department, and Olga Beloded, Tax Partner, taught a virtual three day course (May 9th, 10th and 11th) that was attended by representatives of and advisers to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dubai investment authorities and other governmental entities of Dubai, as well as representatives of banks, insurance companies and other private sector lawyers and executives based in the United Arab Emirates.

The course focused on principles of international taxation, double tax treaties and recent international tax reform including digital taxation, proposals for a global minimum tax and other key EU and OECD developments.
