Mexico City partner Antonio Prida appointed as Counsellor to the President of the International Association of Lawyers

Mexico City based Antonio M. Prida has been recently appointed as Counsellor of Carlo Mastellone, the President of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA),

Created in 1927, UIA is the global and multi-cultural organisation for the legal profession, which through its collective and individual members brings together more than two million legal professionals from 110 countries.

With this appointment, Mr. Prida, who was founding partner of Curtis' Mexico City office, becomes a member of the Governing Board and of the Organizing Committee of the UIA Congress 2025 which will take place in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico.

The main theme of the Congress is “Present and Future of Foreign Investment Dispute Resolution”, topic which will include Mediation, as provided by international agreements and applicable BIT’s.
