Joseph Pizzurro, Robert Garcia, and Juan Perla Author Chapter in GAR 2nd Guide to Challenging and Enforcing Arbitration Awards

New York partners Joseph Pizzurro and Robert Garcia, together with associate Juan Perla, co-authored an updated chapter for the second edition of The Guide to Challenging and Enforcing Arbitration Awards, which was recently published by Global Arbitration Review. The chapter, entitled “Substantive Grounds for Challenge,” examines various avenues for challenging awards on substantive grounds, both within the arbitration process and in the courts. The updated chapter includes a new discussion on a significant development in some jurisdiction where courts are refusing to uphold awards tainted by fraud and corruption.
