Partner Charles Howland cited in Bloomberg Law article on new EPA guidance regarding Superfund liability protections

Environment practice chair Charlie Howland’s reaction to newly issued EPA guidance regarding certain Superfund liability protections was recently noted in a Bloomberg Law story titled “Environment Priority List Could Survive End of EPA Superfund Task Force.” The new guidance discussed by Mr. Howland clarifies liability protections for those involved in redevelopment of Superfund or brownfield sites, and the EPA’s commitment to further these efforts as the Agency winds up its work on the Superfund task force.
