Partner Charles Howland to Participate in Discussion about Today's Impact of COVID-19 on Brownfield Real Estate Development in the New York City Metropolitan Area

Partner Charles Howland will participate in a virtual panel discussion about the current impact of COVID-19 on Brownfield real estate development in the New York City metropolitan area on November 18th from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

This will be the fourth part of an ongoing speaker series presented by the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast and the New York City Brownfield Partnership, entitled "COVID-19 Impacts: Back to the City? Back to the Burbs?".

Topics that may be discussed include:

  • What to do with excess office space?
  • Real estate pricing: is NYC finally on sale?
  • Are they other boroughs, not outer boroughs?
  • Death of the Central Business District?
  • Dying malls, reborn as what?
  • Warehouses are red hot
