Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson speaks in ALARB Webinar on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on International Arbitration in Latin America

Washington, D.C. Managing Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will participate in an online roundtable entitled, “Effects of the Pandemic in the Region: Most Affected Industries and the Next Wave of International Arbitrations,” hosted by the Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje (ALARB) on Thursday, February 11 at 10am (EST).

Ms. Frutos-Peterson and her co-panelists will discuss the measures taken by Latin American countries in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and investment disputes that may arise from these measures.
