Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson to Speak at Club Español del Arbitraje Event in Rome

Washington, D.C. partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak at an arbitration conference titled, “V Encuentro de Capítulos Internacionales del Club Español del Arbitraje,” taking place in Rome on October 5, 2018. This is the annual meeting of Club Español del Arbitraje. Members of all the different chapters in Latin America and Portugal will attend this event.

Ms. Frutos-Peterson’s panel, “How to combat the hydra of document production,” will discuss whether parties can and should agree on the exclusion of document production in their arbitration clauses, as well as whether a Tribunal may refuse to open a document production phase in the absence of an agreement.
