Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak at the Third Symposium: Salient Issues in International Commercial Arbitration organized by the Center on International Commercial Arbitration on November 17, 2015 at the American University Washington College of Law. Claudia will participate on the panel focusing on "Salient issues in BIT and ICSID Arbitration." Other panels will present updates on international arbitration in the Middle East, Asia and Europe.? The Director of the Center on International Commercial Arbitration, Horacio A. Grigera Naón will deliver the opening and closing remarks at the symposium.
