Partner Dr. Claudia Frutos-Peterson to Speak at Arbitration and ADR Commission of the ICC Mexico

On Wednesday, August 23, partner Dr. Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak on a panel focusing on the new ICC Guide to Effective Conflict Management and the report for facilitation of settlements in arbitration at the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Mexico. A former counsel at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), Dr. Frutos-Peterson’s comprehensive experience of ICSID arbitrations and in-depth knowledge of international commercial arbitration is of notable benefit to her varied international arbitration clientele.
