Partner Juan Perla to Speak on DEI in Corporate America at Hispanic Leadership Summit

Juan Perla will be speaking at this year’s Hispanic Leadership Summit at the IBM Headquarters in New York on a panel entitled, “Navigating DEI in today’s World, Set the Scene: Legal Background.” The panel will explore the current DEI landscape within corporate America, providing an overview of the legal framework and other regulatory considerations. Panelists will discuss the implications and challenges by sharing how companies can navigate this complex environment. Other panelists will include Alexandro M. Padrés, partner at Paul Hastings, and Rosevelie Márquez, chief diversity officer at Hogan Lovells. The panel will be moderated by Cristina Antelo, CEO of Ferox Strategies. The panel will take place on December 10, 2024.
