Partner Simon Batifort Elected as Co-Chair of ASIL’s Dispute Resolution Interest Group

New York partner Simon Batifort has been elected co-chair of the Dispute Resolution Interest Group of the American Society of International Law (ASIL) for a three-year term. Comprised of more than 500 members, the Dispute Resolution Interest Group provides a forum for the exchange of ideas on international dispute resolution, including international trade and investment disputes.

Mr. Batifort currently serves on the program committee for the ASIL 2020 Annual Meeting and recently spoke at the 2020 Biennial Conference of the ASIL International Economic Law Interest Group and the 2019 ASIL Midyear Meeting.
