A recording of Curtis’ latest webinar focusing on the work of UNCITRAL Working Group III, which took place on February 6, 2023, is now available.

Moderated by Claudia Frutos-Peterson, the webinar featured London-based counsel Lise Johnson who addressed the discussions on the Code of Conduct for Adjudicators and an Appellate Mechanism in investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS) held in Vienna during the January 2023 session of UNCITRAL Working Group III. New York and Brussels partner Simon Batifort addressed the question of damages in ISDS which will be discussed at forthcoming sessions of Working Group III.
