Simon Batifort and Luciana Ricart Discuss Cutting-Edge Issues in International Dispute Resolution at ASIL Annual Meeting

Partners Simon Batifort and Luciana Ricart will participate in a “Meet the Scholars” Zoom webinar hosted by the American Society of International Law’s Dispute Resolution Interest Group on Thursday, April 7 at 9:00am ET as part of the ASIL Annual Meeting. The session will feature two distinguished scholars who will present their recent publications and works in progress on international dispute resolution.

Luciana Ricart will act as a commentator on Mohamed Mahayni’s (Queen Mary University) research on the ideology of international investment arbitrators, and Mr. Batifort will co-moderate the session.
