Simon Batifort Speaks at 2018 International Law Weekend

Simon Batifort, Counsel in the International Arbitration Group in New York, will speak at the 2018 International Law Weekend in New York on October 19, 2018. His panel is entitled “Imposing Obligations on Foreign Investors: An Emerging Trend in International Investment Law,” and will also include Andrea Bjorklund (McGill University), Lisa Sachs (Columbia Law School), Floriane Lavaud (Debevoise & Plimpton), Jean-Michel Marcoux (McGill University) and Yarik Kryvoi (British Institute of International and Comparative Law).
