Abdul Latif Al Rawahi is an experienced litigator and advocate with rights of audience before all of Oman’s courts, including the Supreme Court of Oman.
Mr. Al Rawahi has a broad-ranging Omani practice, consisting of; civil, criminal and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration and specialization in Omani labor law.
His recent work has included representing a wide range of both corporate and individual clients on labor law and procedure in Oman. He has extensive expertise and experience with Omani law, including before the Supreme Court of Oman, and is regularly called on to provide advice on Oman commercial law and procedure. Mr. Al Rawahi works within domestic and international corporate contexts.
Alongside substantial experience in commercial litigation, employment law, arbitration and criminal law, Mr. Al Rawahi has extensive court experience gained in Oman’s lower courts and the Muscat Primary Court. Most recently, he led a busy team of lawyers at a leading Omani law firm.
