A highly experienced M&A and corporate attorney, Mr. Seiden has negotiated M&A transactions and investments in start-up and emerging growth companies across a broad spectrum of industries.
Mr. Seiden serves as legal advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families across the globe and to their family offices and investment entities, advising with respect to investments, operational matters and entity structure, as well as on succession and governance planning in contemplation of the transition of assets and decision-making from generation to generation.
Utilizing expertise initially developed through his prior roles as general counsel of a digital media company and a business and legal affairs executive of a major motion picture studio, Mr. Seiden has particular expertise with respect to transactions in digital media and advertising, technology and biotech.
His recent experience includes representing high-net-worth ultra-high-net-worth-clients in succession planning, corporate restructuring, consumer products private equity investments, biotech venture capital transactions and fund investments; representing a high-net-worth client in the sale of a specialty coatings business; and advising advertising networks on strategic acquisitions and intellectual property issues.
