He has a particular focus on the healthcare and education sectors, while he has also advised numerous FMCG clients in relation to their agency and distribution arrangements, at all stages from establishment to termination. He has extensive experience in working with franchisors and franchisees in a variety of sectors, including in relation to luxury fashion brands and food & beverage outlets.

Mr. Connick’s experience includes time spent in-house with a family-owned diversified business conglomerate and on secondment to the transactions team of a regional mega-project, giving him a deep understanding of his clients’ businesses and allowing him to provide practical, commercial, and strategic advice.
