Corinna Holz is an associate in the corporate and M&A groups of Curtis’ Frankfurt office.

Ms. Holz advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate, as well as commercial contracts.

Ms. Holz studied law at the universities of Frankfurt, Passau, Bonn (all Germany) and Santiago de Compostela (Spain).

Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Holz worked in the corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice groups and in the employment and labor practice groups of international law firms in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.
