Francesco Dell’Atti, member of the Arbitration and Corporate groups of the Firm since 2008, has developed extensive experience and expertise in real estate transactions, particularly advising primary international operators (including large real estate international investment funds) as well as Italian public corporations and asset management companies in complex and high level transactions, focusing on acquisition, disposal and re-requalification of real estate portfolios.

His expertise includes legal assistance to state-owned entities and multinational companies in relation to commercial and corporate transactions mostly in the energy fields (oil & gas, power, electricity transmission) as well as in complex arbitration and litigation matters. He is recognized by Legal 500 EMEA for his work in Dispute Resolution and Corporate, Commercial and M&A areas in Italy.

Mr. Dell’Atti has also experience in the media & entertainment sector assisting national and international companies in multimillion cross-border transactions.
