Ganna Vlasenko

She has experience advising clients across a range of jurisdictions including the Middle East, Europe, the UK, Turkey, Africa and Asia.

Ms. Vlasenko’s debt capital markets experience has involved advising on the full range of debt capital market products, including corporate and sovereign bonds and sukuk issuances, medium term note and sukuk programmes, securitizations, structured products, liability management, regulatory capital issuances. She acts for both arrangers and issuers and have advised on issuances for sovereigns, government-related and supra-national entities, corporates and financial institutions. In the Islamic finance industry, Ms Vlasenko developed a reputation for advising on more complex or innovative transactions, many of which have been award-winning deals.

Having started her career with a Magic Circle firm in London, where she spent over 10 years, Ms. Vlasenko also worked with the debt origination and transaction execution teams of the global financial institutions.
