Gianluca Pappacena is an associate in the corporate group of the firm, with a specific focus in the banking and finance sector, notably on project finance transaction in the field of renewable energy sources, both on behalf of domestic and international banks and sponsors, and particularly in drafting and negotiating term sheets, medium-long term facilities agreements, security packages (mortgages, pledges, special privileges, credit assignments, personal guarantees) and other finance documents.

He is also involved in mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements, as well as on several corporate matters, mainly for Italian and foreign companies operating in the energy sector.

Prior to joining Curtis , Mr. Pappacena developed a considerable experience in the field of finance and financial markets with three leading Italian law firms.
