Laura Ocampo

Ms. Ocampo has regularly advised underwriters on the issuance of commercial paper. She is a professor at Austral University, where she teaches a postgraduate course on corporations, at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios, where she teaches a postgraduate course on corporations; and at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, where she teaches a course on mergers and acquisitions. She has also been adjunct associate professor of commercial law at the Argentine Catholic University Law School.
