Ms. Kahaleh has extensive experience in the representation of sovereign states and state-owned entities in arbitral disputes before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) tribunals across a variety of fields, including oil and gas and infrastructure construction. She also has experience in cross-border commercial litigation.
Ms. Kahaleh previously provided pro bono legal assistance through the Fordham International Refugee Assistance Project.
